An examination of the flesh we consume as a society, this solo performance follows a veal calf as she is dropped into an environment she never dreamed of: a strip club. As her life is turned upside down, it leaves us wondering What does true liberation look like? And, who deserves it?

Devised and written while I was in the MFA Acting program at DePaul, I was delighted for FLESH to have its professional debut with Redtwist Theatre in the fall of 2024.
